Sansui India — ac giving huge problem as it's giving out door unit

Dear sir we bieng feelin very shame, although we compliant many we. There are looking like ignoring this problem as their technician visit and tell that out door unit pcb faulty and should be replaced with new pcb, and told that they have given reminder to company but there is no solution from yourservice provider untill now. Now service centre is no mood to take calls, now we are feeling very harassment to buy this ac, as there no soulution tothis issue as it is in warranty period, only god now whom care ac problems afterwarrany or we have to sell it in scrap, here is technician mob number [protected] with name joban deep singh& service centre voltas number is [protected], as we have only warranty period just 17/07/2018
