Sansui India — complaint about - ledtv s3207m sansui 32" led

Hi, this is manish maru from mumbai india,

I have given the complaint to your service center about led tv on last 12th sep 2018 after that the technician from service center had visit at my home on 14th september, he took the visit charges from us in cash and said that the panel of tv screen is needed to replace it will take 15 days time to arrange.

Now today is 23rd october and still i am chasing your service center for the repairing and no body is taking it seriously even after the complaining n call center too.

Request you please look into this and do the needful,
