Sansui India — complaint against non repair/non replacement of led in warranty period by sansui company | |||||
I have registered complaint for the repair of my Sansui LED whose no. is GUR[protected], dated 16/07/2017 and deposited led in Sansui authorised service centre at Rohtak on the same date. For the last one month I am enquiring about my complaint status but no satisfactory reply given to me by neither service centre nor online complaint centre regarding repair. From the day one of my complaint it was clear that panel is going to be changed but mechanic at service centre keep on fooling me for the last one month and now saying today that he has asked the company today for exchange of panel. I am very much tired, frustrated and depressed by this unfriendly, rude behaviour of your company. Please do needful to replace my LED as soon as possible . Sir their is no service center in nagpur. and also their no accessories of sansui mobile is available. if their is service center available in nagpur please inform me.
