[Resolved] Sansui India — connect smart 50" tv | |||
Miracast doesn't work, technician unable to resolve, pending since 2 months, no support. It's very difficult to get technician visit. They did come twice but they are not trained enough to resolve issue and just promises to get sr. Technician on next visit however it's not resolved yet. I paid for smart tv but unable to use the feature. Amazon prime video also not working on browser and it's redirecting to itune store. Free warranty will expire in few days and these guys will shamelessly demand money for technician visit. Was this information helpful? | |||
