The concerned mobile SANSUI U55 IS NOT CHARGING. Snapdeal is not helpful. I need a replacement. If this model is not available atleast something that will work has to be sent to me. I grew up in Singapore (childhood) and has good regard for Japanese items and failed to understand how you could put such poor product in market. I paid the amount through my Debit Card.
