Sansui India — led not working, no action for last six months | |||
Sir, i had purchased sansui 40 inch led tv on 20/02/2016 with five year warranty scheme. It got some problem for which i had registered a complaint. I took led to your customer care centre and the person attending the complaint told us that some parts need to be replaced. He then raised complaint to the company for the same. Six months has gone, no response from your side. Your customer care executive are giving some other numbers to ask for the status but their number are either switched off, always busy or some replied that they dont know what to do next. I also visited customer care centre many times but now they are saying that whole led is not working and company will replace it with new one. Kindly reply asap about status of my complaint. Sansui tv was purchasing jitna lo utna offer & I also online registrated too but that time I am facing warranty related issue bcoz in offer warranty is also extend for 2 year. but now service centre person is saying your tv warranty is only 1 year. so we repair with charges only.
