Sansui India — led tv not get on as power not supplied to the tv | |||
My name is vineet from faridabad. Last year in dec, i purchased the sansui led tv. But from the last month, there is a problem occurs in it. The tv get switch off permanently as the power is not supplied. I call the service centre. The person is come but he said that there is a card in the tv which get damaged and he say that it requiresd 10 to 15 days to resolve the issue. Now 10 days will pass and i call today again the service centre person but there is no positive response from the another side. I don't want to say but your customer satisfaction level is zero from my side. I request you to please resolve the matter as soon as possible or tell me if you are not able to do that.
