Sir I was purchased a new Sansui model: SA 4031 Block Sr. No. [{ [protected]]} through Flipkart Invoice No. 3226 date 22.05.2015. From received date the mobile phone was not working (i.e no Display). I handed this mobile phone over your company Venus Technologies Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.vile Job No. VASCTNO.27J[protected] Dated. 11.06.2015. But after a month this phone was rectified by be the your authorized service centre, Every time the customer centre infomation is "not received the spares component not received from the company".
