Sansui India — product found defective - no replacement/ refund as per customer demand | |||
We have bought a tv (Sansui s33757) price rs 25k from great eastern trading. Pfa the receipt.in 2 months time the tv has stopped working date 18.9.2018. We have lodged a complaint ref no koli[protected]. However today is 16th october 2018 and the service team has not even provided any solution. Service center phone number [protected]. Head office phone number : [protected]. We would like to send back the tv and have our money back as 1. Quality of tv is very poor, it stopped working in 2 months 2. Support team not resolving the issue and not paying any heed to the consumers. 3. Continuous wait, there is no value of time to sansui service center. Do they really think they are providing service.
