[Resolved] Sansui India — Regarding Correction of Date of Purchase | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a split AC (Model No. A/C SSZ55.WS1-MDA), on April 06, 2016 from Flipkart, bill copy is attached herewith. But in my online Sansui account (the URL is https://vgservice.co.in/AMCOnline/Dashboard.aspx?ContactNo=[protected]) the Date of Purchase (DOP) shown is Nov 22, 2015. I have requested several times to the customer care through call and via email but still the issue is pending. Kindly instruct the Sansui company to correct the date of purchase as soon as possible so that I could purchase the AMC on time (before April 6, 2017).
