[Resolved] Sansui India — sansui 1.5 t ac - warranty period service | |||
I bought Sansui 1.5 T split ac from Flipkart on 14/05/2017. Firstly the ac has stopped working since last week and is displaying an E1 error. After multiple complaints to their customercare, and receiving false promises that a technician would visit within the next 24 hrs, I am still waiting for a their technician to arrive. They sent me an sms of a local service centre from where technician was supposed to arrive. When I called up the local service center the person replied that he could not service my ac as the component that needs to be replaced had not arrived at his office. When I again called back sansui customer care informing them of this, they simply refused to take responsibility and kept repeating that I should call back the service centre. Now when I again called back the service center, the person replied that he was a peon and didnot know anything. I am paying a hefty emi for this ac. I am horrified at the at irresponsible attitude of the company and product quality. Was this information helpful? | |||
