Sansui India — sansui 50 inches tv board complaint

Respected sir,
I, n. Sekhar babu from rajahmundry. I regret informing you, my sansui 50 inches tv is not working due to board complaint. I have roming many times to your service centre and the purchasing shop. They didn't care about my complaint, still they are not responding. I was also tried to complaint to your customer care of the below number[protected] it is also not working. I am already submitted warenty card and the bill. The technician told me, if the company send the complaint number then only they will take care the problem. Since 20 days i am suffering the above problem, finally i am sending this mail. Please solve my problem as early as possible.
