To Sansui team, Myself Mr. Uday Khadpe had brought sansui model with extended 2 year warranty Now Iam experiencing a problem related to the display of my television. When contacted sansui technician and informed the same. The visiting charges quoted were Rs 1600 just for visit. And repairs and taxes extra. Are these charges so exorbitant high. Mr Panchal (technician) was also rude at the time of the conversation. Please note we tried to bargain the deal to which he was very rude. Is this the service you extend to your customer. At the time of purchasing your brand of tv I had recommended it to my extended family members.
