[Resolved]  Sansui India — sansui led tv display

I have purchased a led tv on september 2016. It's display got complaint on june 2017 (During warranty period). We have registered the complaint on 1st of july 2017. On 5th of july a technician came, checked the tv and informed us that the display has to be changed. The issue has not been solved till now. For last one month we are not able to use the tv for which we have paid. We have called the service center several times but they don't have any updates on the issue. Today also we call the service centre. But they have no idea about when they could rectify the issue. More over i have lost a month from 1year warranty of the tv. I just want the services that i have paid for and not the fake assurances.

The sansui horizon 2 mobile is not connected to the charger I have not use that what I can do. Sansui mobile service no one in chennai very worst and waste this brand buy...
I have purchased a 42" LED TV, in one year the display of LED is blank...The dealer from which I have purchased has close his business and There is no service centre in my city...please solve my issue...
