Sansui India — Sansui led tv not working since one month

I have purchased a led 40" from YOUR company on 6.2.2016.It is not working since last one month.I lodge a complaint on customer care vide no JAI [protected] .one day service engineer came he told me that some part have damaged which has to be changed.Today I talked Mr Rakesh area manage on manager he told me that damage part is still not available when it will be available he will replace it.I want to returned this faulty TV.pl. help.

Still no progress.TV is still unfunctional.no body from sansui or Videocon has contacted me.sansui area manager is not receiving my phones.now I am forced to go to consumer court.thanks

Our sansui led sjx-40fb-11xkf tv has got some black spots in the middle screen and the same are prominently visible in the white background... we bought this tv on 2nd nov 2015... its been less then one year. Please look forward into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I have purchased one sansui split AC on August first week 2016 through flippant.After installation it was found that swing is not working. I have registered my complaint through customer care more than 20 times nobody is responding. The service given by sansui is really bad.
