Sansui India — Sansui not repairing led tv with warranty | |||||
To the consumer court, We bought a sansui led tv in november 2015. However, in just 9 months, the tv had stopped working and lost the display. Despite our numerous calls, the company is not doing anything to either repair or replace the tv. It has been more than 2 weeks now, and all we are getting is some silly excuses. They even do not have the courtesy to call us, every time we call the customer care, they would ask us to call some area manager or some other manager. When we call, then that person would refer us to someone else. We are really tired now. Apart from the damaged tv, another thing that is bothering us is their irresponsible attitude and the harassment they are doing by making us call one person to another.
