Sansui India — Sansui washing machine drum damaged | |||||
Dear sir, This is to inform you that i have bought washing machine from flip kart on dtd 06.01.2020 with order id: od[protected] and after few months i have noticed some leakage in back side of machine and raised complaint about that on dtd 01.06.2020 with complaint id no 0f1-38039rpscad-2094567 and regarding this complaint service engineer visited and resolve the problem but we have not observed that time and service engineer said complaint resolved than we have accepted that. But now second time the same problem occurred and i have complained with id no.0h[protected]rpscad-3044229 but this time when service engineer came i have seen in front of me what is the problem and it was wash drum damaged and service engineer has taken the photo and video for the same and send it for approval for the same and i have shown to the service engineer the first video also was the same as current problem video and told me this is looking like damaged, but its looking like drum puncture looking like (Manufacturing defect). Now company rejecting my complaint because it was not covered in company Policy due to physical damage and want justification on that that is done by me or how is it happened.
