Sanyo — Poor customer service for aircon sanyo split air conditioner

I had purchased a Sanyo Split AC on 17 Mar 2021. On 16 Jul 2021 I lodged a complaint as the same AC was not cooling. This incidentally was the second time the same thing had happened. A Job ID of R[protected] was registered online on the WhatsApp of Aircon. I got a call from +[protected] stating that the complaint will be acted upon shortly. The service engineer visited after repeated reminders on 18/19 Jul and stated that the Cooling Unit was defective and needed to be replaced. As the AC was just 4 months old it was on Warranty. Thereafter I rang up +[protected], the number I had got a call from earlier and stated explained the whole problem. I also requested that the complete indoor unit of the AC be changed as it was the second time there was this complaint. (The first time the service engineer had just stated that filters needed cleaning). However the lady at the other end of the line stated that the complete indoor unit will not be changed as the company would only replace the defective cooling unit. I accepted that as I had no choice. I went on checking on the Aircon WhatsApp number frequently and got to know on 22 Jul 2021that the complaint has been closed. I re-registered the complaint on 22 Jul 2021 and a fresh Job ID of R[protected] was registered. However since then till today, the AC has not yet been repaired. I have rung up +[protected] daily since 19 Jul but the lady went on stating that 'Sir, the part is enroute and the AC will be repaired by EID'. Eid came and went and I again started ringing up for the repair, but to no avail. On repeated asking for putting me through to a senior operator, which the lady was NOT doing initially, she finally gave me a number of Mr Aftab ([protected]) on Tuesday 27 Jul 21. He spoke to me at 7:40pm on 27 Jul and promised that the AC would be repaired postively in 24hours. When that didn't happen, I rang him up again on 28 Jul and he stated that the part would reach on 29 Jul and the AC would be repaired by 2 pm on 29 Jul. Since the moring of 29 Jul (ie. today) I have been trying to speak to Mr Aftab but my calls are either cut or are left unanswered. The lady on tele no +[protected] tells me that the part has still not been received by them and hopefully would be coming by evening. It has been over 2 weeks since my new AC has been defective and SANYO has been just punishing me for my patience. I desire that SANYO replaces the defective AC completely within 48 hours.
