I bought a sanyo ac last year it was stop giving the appropriate cooling after the 2 months of purchase. When i registered a complaint no action had been taken. The customer care executive provide me the number of area manager and owner of the nearest service center. I
Tried both the numbers but they didn't pick my phone. Then again i called the customer care and they connected the area manager over the call. The lady rebina said sir you didn't call me. She is such a big lier. She said sir call me seperately and i will resolve the problem. When i called her she told tme that the gas team will. Reach by today evening but no one has come or even noone had contacted me. When i call again to her in the morning she said the team will reach you before afternoon again no luck. When i called again she said the team will reach you in 2nd half but again no one had come. Then i call again in the evening but she didn't pick my call. When i call her in the morning she said i will give you an update in few mins but she didn't call back and when i call again after an hour she didn't pick my phone i tried again to call her and she disconnected the call and send me a message that sorry i am busy call back later. Then i call the customer care but they didn't help me they said please take the number of the sanyo head and call him. What the # why should i call him?
