I ordered a durban bar for my brother in law from insaraf.com The product delivered to me had the following issues.
1. Bar legs damaged
2. Drawer ply is swollen up
3. Bar top not in level
4. Bar manufacturing not up to the mark
The bar finish is of poor quality. The product was delivered by gati express. They refused to stay till the time product was opened and delivered saying that its not the part of contract. The product manufacturing itself is of poor quality. The legs of bar are actually broken . Swollen and old ply is being used for the drawer. The wood finish is also not good. The bar looks shabby. From the time of delivery I have been calling the company but there has been no response from them. I want the company to refund me the money and would not bear any charges for the product being taken back.The call centre number is not being picked up by anyone and neither they have called back. Please see into the matter.
