I have bought a kuber table and chair on 18th october, 2017. I had received the table in an unbalance faulty condition. On complaining, i was been updated by vikas that bushes will be installed which were not been installed previously as they forgot. Today is 13th november and nothing has arrived, on checking with customer care executive karthik, i was updated that the bushes will arrive tomm by speed post and will have to be installed by us!!! 1. Why the table was sent in a faulty condition? 2. Does it take 14 days to deliver bushes? 3. Why it was sent by speed post knowing the fact that they deliver real slow? 4.
