Regret to inform about delaying in providing any sevices to valuable customers.Sarswat Bank, Malad West branch (Mamledar Wadi).
My past as well as current experience I would like to whenever I requested for any certificate from my branch, bank staff always said that they have no time to do.They said u will get after some days as they are so busy.Is it correct service?In other banks all certificates and transaction are done within a second.Yesterday I requested for the provisional certificate only for the 2-3 months but the bank not issued by the same day.As usual staff answered that they have no time to give.I really gets the worst experience from the Sarswat cooperative bank.I think the name itself not worth for their valuable customers.ie cooperative...

      I made a transaction to KFC via Google pay on 22nd of December around 7 pm. The amount was debited from my account but was not credited to the franchise. I lost the money in the transaction. I hope for this to be resolved soon.

        I am working in Saraswat Bank Borivali west branch, today I come to know that Rs.99.00 debited to my salary account [protected] with narration ACH debit TPCAPFRST UDFC FIRST [protected] . I wish to inform you that at this stage I have nothing to pay or purchased anything. Kindly look into matter and do the needful.

                I have ordered product from Amazon on 21st September 2021 via debit card and refund on 25 sep 2021. Refund is initiated from Amazon on 26 sep 2021 still not received my amount.

                I have filled the charge back form also complaint in customer care multiple times also contacted to my branch ( Dombivli east) still not received any response yet.

                          My validity towards jio mobile recharge expired on 16.8.2021 and when I did my recharge towards Jio with Rs. 699/- by my debit card no [protected] through deal me good it clearly seems that my amount debited at Pasfar Technologies Pvt.Bangalore KAIN cashfree as per sms received but my recharge showing unsuccessful. -Please refer attachment for more details or you can refer trailing mail..

                          To avoid inconvenience in communication I once again tried through JIO App and finally recharged my mobile on same date and succeed but my amount of Rs.587/- is stuck somewhere which was unsuccesful.

                          Requesting you to kindly check and reimburse Rs.587/- into my Saraswat bank account no. [protected], IFSC Code - SRCB0000012 or debit card no.[protected] at earliest.

                          As per trailing mail my debit card no.[protected] will expired on 08/2021 kindly arrange to send new debit card on my office address or residential address.

                          Awaiting your favorable response and immediate action for reimbursement.

                                  ECS date is not yet confirmed when I ask about the date the authorized branch don't respond sometimes ECS deduct on 8th of the month sometime 12and sometime on 5th due to this I am unable to understand my date of ECS deduction which later I have to pay penalty.please solve this problem

                                    My mother and father had joined account in Saraswat Bank Vikhroli. My father died and my brother completed the formalities but he did not remove my father's name from the account immediately. Meanwhile he lost the passbook. When we visited the bank for duplicate passbook with necessary form filled by my mother they are insisting on my mother who is 76 yrs old to visit the bank in covid situation for duplicate passbook.
