Refund not received

I have ordered product from Amazon on 21st September 2021 via debit card and refund on 25 sep 2021. Refund is initiated from Amazon on 26 sep 2021 still not received my amount.

I have filled the charge back form also complaint in customer care multiple times also contacted to my branch ( Dombivli east) still not received any response yet....

Yesterday one person call me Said " you have win laptop please payment 7500/- INR. for security deposit."
now after payment we have provide courier tracking details.

Amount debited -unsuccesful transaction dtd 16.8.21

My validity towards jio mobile recharge expired on 16.8.2021 and when I did my recharge towards Jio with Rs. 699/- by my debit card no [protected] through deal me good it clearly seems that my amount debited at Pasfar Technologies Pvt.Bangalore KAIN cashfree as per sms received but my recharge showing unsuccessful. -Please refer attachment for more details or you can refer trailing mail..

Debit card not working properly

ECS date unknown

ECS date is not yet confirmed when I ask about the date the authorized branch don't respond sometimes ECS deduct on 8th of the month sometime 12and sometime on 5th due to this I am unable to understand my date of ECS deduction which later I have to pay penalty.please solve this problem...

Not issuing passbook

My mother and father had joined account in Saraswat Bank Vikhroli. My father died and my brother completed the formalities but he did not remove my father's name from the account immediately. Meanwhile he lost the passbook. When we visited the bank for duplicate passbook with necessary form filled by my mother they are insisting on my mother who is 76 yrs old to visit the bank in covid situation for duplicate passbook....

Balance deduction

My saving account amount has been deducted on 26th of July as well as on 25th of June which Is unknown I have contacted to the branch but they are not responding and I have called the customer service but are also don't know the reason so please help me to the reason that why there is amount deduction been done in my account on June and July....

Unable to view/download account statement older than 90 days

Hello,
I am not able to view/download account statement of my savings account for the transactions older than 90 days. I couldn't find any tab which allows me to download such older statements. The old portal had the functionality of downloading even an entire financial year statement, can't find it in the new portal. Why has this facility been discontinued?
Please advise.
