[Resolved]  Saraswat Bank — transaction failed but amount deducted

I did two transactions yesterday on the name of dav new panvel school one of them got failed but amount got deducted from my account. It happened on 16th may 2018, 2.49 pm

Its been more than 24 hours still i did not received any communication from your side.

Arrange my refund asap.
