Dear sir

My mother aged 92 years is an account holder in your naupada thane branch with sizeable fixed deposits. Her savings account number is [protected]

All these years she was being allowed to register nomination each deposit receipt wise and her request was being promptly responded to.

As she desired to make some variations to the existing nominations, i, on her request, approached the said branch on 19/07/2018 with duly completed/signed nomination variation form (Form da-3).

I was told that though it was allowed earlier, due to some changes to the cbs software the system allows change of nomination only at the account level and not for individual deposit receipt.

May i please know "as to whether any changes to the nomination rules have been effected which bar variation at individual deposit level".

I may place on record that the service at the branch is excellent except for the issues beyond their control. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

An expeditious reply to my query herein above will be highly appreciated.

      Hi, i am sagar patil,
      I am having account in icici bank. By-mistake i have sent inr 22, 838 amount to wrong account number of saraswat bank.
      (Transaction ref no :mmt / ref[protected]
      Icici bank has marked mail to saraswat bank after my complaint regarding wrong account transaction.
      I went to saraswat bank chinchwad isfc: srcb0000389, they have taken my written request, after 3 weeks i went to the branch again because i have not received my money back into my account.
      They have confirmed me that they have processed my request and i 'll get my money after one day.
      Again one week has gone and again i went to the branch now they have said we have processed your money you need to go to icici bank.
      I have contacted icici they have said you will directly get money into your account from saraswat bank.

      I don't know what to do now.

      Still I am not received any update from saraswat bank regarding my amount debited wrong upi id.

        I m Deepa. my salary account with Saraswat Bank my home branch is Delhi Lajpat Nagar.i was very shocked when I received Debited message amount of Rs 10000/- 2 times debited.i immigiate check my debit card which was In my purse at same time.at that time I was in my office which is situated at Delhi model town dated on 18/07/2018.in between 2:33 to 2:35.amount withdrawl in haryana Gurgaon at same time.i didn't no what was happen.

          This is regarding my home loan applied in akola branch, I have initiated for my home in saraswat bank in month of may-2018, provided all the necessary document required for home loan, now it's being more than 50 days, and i have no idea when my loan will get approved even after providing with all the document, this loan i am taking to re construct my old home, because that home is too much older and can colaps at any time due to heavy rain, my family is staying in that home, i have taken another home on rent to shift my luggage and to start construction, but due to home loan is pending i am not able to shift, and paying unnecessary rent. now it's heavy rain in my home town akola (MH) and my family is facing water logging in my home, Requesting management to look into this and do the needful as i am needy person.

            Hello,
            I have observed that every time after 8pm there is a old database uploaded of 3rd May and we are unable to use the netbanking system. I have reported this issue to the local branch and call center of saraswat bank but there is no response from their side.

            I'm unable to lodge a compaint to their nodal officer as his email ID is not mentioned anywhere.

            As per RBI guidelines the Bank is violating the SLA.

                My name is Abhijeet Wakkar, A/c No [protected] and my mothers name is Kalpana Wakkar, A/c No [protected]. We both have savings account in Saraswat Bank. Today on 15/07/2018, I have reached the bank premises by 11.35. The bank was closed on 11.30 as per their official time. I have tried to enter the bank by requesting to the security person. I have explained him my problem for coming only 5 minutes late and also the emergency for the need of funds. The security person has told me to wait and asked his authorities for allowing me to enter the bank. He came back in some seconds and politely refused me to enter the bank and closed the back door. Then I have called in bank in order to speak with some higher authorities in order to request them to enter the bank. But no one has picked up the phone. So I have to leave the bank empty handed.

                Respected Sir, As I stay in Diva and the bank is located in Dombivali I have to take a train to reach the bank from my home. I was aware of the bank timings so i had left fromthe home well before the time. But due to heavy rains since the morning the trains were running too late. So I have to wait for the train and as a result I have reached late for only 5 minutes to bank.

                I politely admit that as per the rule I was 5 minutes late and in normal case I would have not even tried to enter the bank. But I had an emergency because I have booked a resale flat and for that I was in need of funds for the same. So I came in the bank for just premature withdrawal of myself and my mothers fixed deposits receipts. As I have to submit only the receipts and the amount would have been deposited to my respective amounts very next day. So there was nor any cash transaction was included neither any kind of funds transfer.

                And I have told the security person about the same still the authorities refused him to allow me to enter the bank. And my whole day is wasted and I couldn't kept my promise to the party with whom I was purchasing the home.

                I want to ask the authorities is this kind of service they provide to their valued customers that in case of emergency if their customer is in trouble and he is even clarifying his needs which would have not even cost their employees more than a minute. In such case can't they help out 1 customer by understanding his problem. Because the work was not more than for 1 minute and I have completely told about this to the security person.

                I want justice and I want the answer from the bank for this kind of harassment. And then I will decide whether to continue service with them in future or to close my all accounts with them including the fixed deposits and everything.

                Please treat this mail as urgent and let me know the same.

                  I Tapan Hatkar my Account with Saraswat Bank from last 12-15 years. My Account Number is [protected]. My Bank Branch is at Girgaon. On 12th July 2018 I had received text message regarding that I had withdrawal of Rs 9500/- and showed my balance Rs. 25.63/- from VIRAR ROAD OFFSIDE THANE. I was in my office located in Fort Area & I work for Travel Agency (i.e. Bhavna Travels). The ATM card was with my wife and at that time my wife and she was in Kandivali, Charkop, Sector3, at her aunties place. As soon as I received a text message I had booked a complaint to Saraswat Bank Toll Free Number the said me to File a complaint at Police Station & they also gave me Complaint ID No-010902c28172a2ac. I visited the VP Road Police station to file a complain but they refused to take a complain and asked me to complain at Azad Maidan Police because I had received a message in Fort Area. When I received in Azad Maidan police station they too refused to take a complain because the money was withdrawal from Virar. They asked to complain at Virar Police Station. When I went to Virar Police station at 11:30pm at night they too refused to file a complain, One of the Officer from Police Station replied me that your Bank will only help because it is not in our as per the New RBI Rules. On the Next Day (i.e. 13.07.2018) I went to my Branch in Girgaon in the morning the staff itself said me that without Police FIR they cannot take any action. So kindly do help me with this. As it was my salary & still a half month I have to survive. Highly Obliged.

                    I tapan hatkar, My A/c No-[protected], yesterday i.e. on 12th July 2018 at 5:47:08 pm from Virar Road Offsite Thane Atm. from my Account there is withdrawal of Cash Rs 9500/- while my balance is Rs.25.63. My Account is with Girgaon Branch. At that I was in my office located in fort and my atm was with my wife & she was in borivali so can the withdrawal can happen there no fraud phone calls or any messages From yesterday itself I have gone 3 police stations no has replied me proper. I have requested them to file a complaint. The three police station were Vp police station, Azad Maidan Police Stn, Virar Police Station. They replied that we have to go and complain it directly to the Bank as it is the New Rule of RBI.
                    Today morning when I visited my Girgaon branch the employe of the bank did not allow me to meet the Branch Manager. They said me to go & meet the another person who is handling the fraud case and the person said me that we have 1st file the complaint. I[censored] guys are do not want to respond in this matter I will mail it directly to the Official government site. From last 10 years above I have my account with you. It was my salary in the account if I dont get this money how will I survive this month I have a small baby with me. So kindly respond to this matter as soon as possible. Highly Obliged.

                      Now the question is, I do not hold any Shares of ABB Ltd.-- How I will submit for DEMAT the same. You can check my Demat A/c & confirm my statement.
                      I went to Br. twice with the same query, but still even after ONE YEAR, not resolved. Have you ever credited shares of ABB Ltd. to my A/c ???? If yes, show the credit of shares to my demat A/c...If NO, why no action taken to resolve the query till now ????
                      My A/c should be re-credited with PRINCIPAL+INTEREST amount involved in the transaction at earliest.

                          This is in reference to my transaction done with go ibibo for amount 2309/- on the 26th june, 8:59 p. M.
                          The transaction was successful as the amount was deducted from my bank account.
                          Since the transaction has been done i haven't received a refund for the same.

                            Sub : regret over your bank service.

                            Respected sir,
                            This is to inform you that my father mr. Vasant m raikar had this primary saving account sb a/c no 638 from 24.01.94 & sb a/c no 5524 from 01.02.1994 onwards in your bank & he expired on 5th jan 2011. As i was his only & nominated i approached your bank for closing this account & requested to transfer the fixed deposit amount of @ rs 3 lakhs to my other bank. Instead of checking the account details your staff advised me to get the affidavit from lawyer & when i got irritated and showed the pass book nominated name your smart bank officials advised me to continue in your bank & offered me gold account facility instead of advising me to continue the fixed deposit scheme.

                            As your bank does not have parking space it was inconvenient to have transaction with your bank so i could not do much of transactions. After 4-5 yrs as and when i required i forwarded cheque from this account but had not updated the pass book. End of the this last financial year i updated the passbook & found rs 800 deducted from my account for not maintaining the balance. We are common hard earning working class people whose ahrd earned money without intimation your bank deducts without giving notice or information to customers. How far this approach is correct from banking point of view? I requested the new present manager to revert it back & he told me that it was the staff’s fault who shouldn’t have advised this type of account instead she should have advised to continue the fixed deposit scheme.

                            I requested the manager to revert the amount of rs 800 + 1000 deducted from my account & assured him that i shall continue with your bank but he advised me to close this account & later he would try to forward the reversal application. After closure of the account the bank manager is not replying to my calls or wa messages
                            & now i feel ashamed of myself for following the advise of the bank officials when my father expired in 2011.

                            I request you to refund my hard earned money back or else i shall take legal action against the bank officials & authorities.

                                I had visited saraswat bank jogeshwari east mumbai branch to open a savings account with minimum balance of 1000. The complete procedure (Paperwork, document submission and payment of 1000) was done on 23rd may 2018 but my account has yet not started. A lady who had done all the procedures had assured me that it would start within 10 days which hasn't happened, the staff even don't have any manner to how to talk with customers. I am not mentioning name of particular person for a concern, if no action is taken then i have to register complain against that particular person.

                                Kindly do the needfull.

                                  I had visited saraswat bank chembur east mumbai branch to open a savings account with minimum balance of 1500. The complete procedure (Paperwork, document submission and payment of 1500) was done on 19th may 2018 but my account has yet not started. A lady who had done all the procedures had assured me that it would start within 15 days which hasn't happened.
                                  Moreover i had asked or rather requested that lady to give me a personalized kit but she gave me a old kit of 2016.
                                  I had clearly explained her that i am doing banking for the very first time all alone so she had used these words i[censored] open a savings account sip goes compulsory. Is that the actual case???

                                    I was doing transaction of rs 1500 on phonepe app using saraswat bank debit card but transaction failed due to some reason but 1500 deducted from my saraswat bank account after that i tried to do new transaction on phonepe app with same amount but 2nd transaction also failed but again 1500 deducted from my bank account. Total rs 3000 deducted from my saraswat bank account on 15th may 2018 but till now i didn't receive my refund of 3000.

                                      Dear team,

                                      I have done an imps transection on 31 march 17 for rs 15000 transection ref no[protected]. The amount got transferred to wrong account not i have logged a complain with my home branch andheri midc almost a month back but still not received the amount back nore got any communication from bank. This is not expected from a bank with such a brand name. I am very unhappy with this kind of service and need help kindly do the needful asap.
                                      And also keep me posted if there is any thing to be done from my end let me know.

                                        On 8 th april 2018 i just went to kotan bank atm in btm water tank bangalore at 5:15 am to widraw 300 rs, after transaction suddenly server was down and there was a power shut down not a single rupee was received by me but 300 rs was deducted from my account after which i had even called customer care and they answered that money will be credited back to your account within 7 working days but till date no action has been takem
                                        Saraswat Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
