I purchased the above mentioned bond issued on 07 — 01-1995, which where were transfered to me on[protected] vide folio no — sd 654525, with distinctive numbers — 543644 to 543644, for a face value rs 111000/.

Me and my husband who is joint holder in bond currently living with my son.

I have personally telephone the concern authority but no action has been taken yet.

But, as heard the mateer was sub-judice.
Can any one please throw some light as of the present status of the case of sardar sarovar company vs bond holders.
Its been almost 4 years that the original maturity date has passed. Still we are yet to hear court decision.

I have 2 ddbs of the company. I need to know the detailed procedure for redemption of these bond along since i am unable to find any information on net.

I also need to know the procedure for getting a duplicate copy of one of the bonds since i dont have that now.

Moreover i have been receiving calls from a person who is asking me to d=send the original bond to a gurgaon address and for issuing a duplicate copy he is asking me to send a dd in the name of world wide entertainment (I)...

I sent my deep discount bonds of ssnnl folio to MCS share transfer agent Ahmedabad duly discharged for redemption, It seems there is fraud going on in MCS agency to steal the bonds and transfer to buyers without the knowledge or authorisation of the first owner, because they were duly signed by the owner for a different purpose namely redemption. THe position is, I do not know where my bonds are, whether they are transferred to some other person. My
Folio605635 Paripati jagan Mohan reddy and paripati prasunadevi. I request ssnnl not to entertain any transfer, but only redemption in my favour.

I am having Land in Madrisana Gam which is close to Narmada Canal. Due to canal the water logging is observed in the land which is so much high that the land cannot be used.

Either want to get the water logging stopped somehow. Or want the team to get a pond build up on the same area so that we can atleast use that pond.

Sir, my agriculture land is situated in district vadodara, taluka waghodia, vill. Jambuwada. Survey no. 6.
Around 5 years ago a branch camel is constructed from main canal to supply agriculture water but till date we have not received a single drop of water in this branch canal. A huge expense without any benifits to farmers. Now the state of this canal is very bad needs to reconstruct / repair at many places.
Please check and action, so we can get water for agriculture.
