I have bought at ssnl bond for rs 3600/- folio nos: sn376547 certificate no.: 367306, distinctive nos:[protected], now since this bond is matured so i would like to withdraw my money but not able to get connected from any one of company.
Contact nos given in the site sardarsarovardam.org, no body is picking up.

I have also send all the documents to company registered registrar but all the documents came back since office is closed

I have two no. Deep discount bond of ssnnl, purchased in the name of my daughter (Minor). The details are as fallow - 1. Registered folio no. 418964, cer. No. 422427, 2. Registered folio no. 418963, cer. No. 422426 issue price rs. 3600.00 and face value rs. 111000.00 i want to encash these bond immediately. Please clarify me whether i will get face value rs. 111000.00 for each bond looking to the gujarat govt. Enactment, high court decision and supreme court stay..

Hi team,

We filed an online enquiry on how to redeem the ddb as despite of several attempt to contact ssnl official number no one was picking the call, then we recieved an email to submit the below mentioned documents from "[protected]@gmail.com" for redemption of ddb. On enquirying the person said they are the representative of the ssnl & they are responsible for redemption. Pfb, the list of documents:
1. Original bond certificate with back side signature
2. Pan card xerorx
3. Bank pass book xeror copy
4. One bank cancel cheque

We submitted to docs & send to add: nitai dey & company, rakhya kali tala, post bankura, district-bankura, west bengal-722101

Then we recieved an email from nitai dey stating we need to pay rs. 25, 000/- in favour of 'sima dey' in order to recieve our payment.

We want to know the reason why we need to again send rs.25000 when our policy has already got matured on 11th jan-2014. Registered folio no.: sn 387307, certificate number-379908.

We request you this is my policy with name-nutan sinha, we have already submitted the original documents, so kindly make redeem my bond in my account & not on others account.

Sir, i am satheesan n, presently residing in kerala in my permanent address given in the document. I am holding a bond rs.1, 11, 000/- and the same buy on the date of 7th januvary 1995. My bond reg. No. 372961, distinctive no.363121. Sir, please guide me how to redeem this bond and is already mutured. There is no correspondence taking place till to date. Is there any possibilities to submit this bond to any bank in the kerala state. Please advice me how to redeem this bond as soon as possible.
