Product not as per original specification m

mobile is getting hung n also facing network problem as per ebay executive told me to reship the item .i did the same but again seller is giving the same product without refunding the money.

I have also bought a phone through the same seller SARF Trading (under the name Nasir_m in ebay) . They are clearly cheating. Have a look at the email I have sent them. Ebay is such a company

2013. The Phone had come with a 12 months seller warranty. I would like
to state that I was very impressed with your service and have
recommended you to many of my frnds for purchasing the mobile phone

However, I am very upset with the phone. It was running very
fine for 6 months but after this various problems have started occuring.
The problems are as follows:1. The mic doesnt work on normal mode. It works only on speaker mode.

2. The three soft keys at the bottom of the phone doesnt work. It works sometimes and then again stops working.3. Power key doesnt work sometimes. This has occured only once though.Also, I have noticed that the details provided in the trail mail from ebay and the details provided on the bill are completely different.

This makes me to doubt the trustworthiness of the seller. Also, when i called some 15-20 days back at the number provided in email ([protected]), some person answered the call and told that they have never sold nexus 4 mobile phones. When i called at the number provided in the bill ([protected]), he told to sent the phone to Chennai. How can i trust the person and send the phone to Chennai. What if you dont send it back. Please find the bill attached with the mail.

Please give a solution so that we can buy any thing from ebay. This is very frustrating."

Please avoid buying phones from this seller. I will change my review if something nice happens

I am pleased to say that the seller is genuine and he has repaired my phone and send it back.

Also, I had a word with Vikas (Person who has posted the complaint). His mobile was also repaired and sent back. Though they took 2 months to send his phone, my phone was back within 5-7 days.

They are a cheating company .. they did the same to me when i bought a xperia z1... their licence should be banned and the traders should close their company... i guess they smuggle products from out of country and sell it in India... they cheat.. they are also very rude to the customers...

yes they are cheating... i bought sony xperia l before 6 months now it is now working they are useless.

yes Gaurav siwach, my Z2 phone is repaired and received in 3 working days although courier people delayed 1 day.

But the phone is good as new :)

I bought a blackberry Q10 on 20th Jan 2015. Later only i found that the Phone cannot be switched off and on. I took to the blackberry service center and they said they will not do service since it has only seller warranty. I tried contacting Sarf trading company from the phone numbers of sales and service given in their bill, but in vain. Then i have shot a mail to their mail id in the bill, no response. Now yesterday, phone got switched off and now i am not able to switch on the phone. Its pathetic. What to call this. Now friends are saying dont buy electronic equipments from online providers. Gunaseelan.

I had sent my fone for repairing last month and, its almost 25 days n now those guys stop to revert, aven they are disconnecting my call . please help me resolve this issue .

ebay is worst amazon rocks

I have purchased Xperia Z on Aug-2014 via EBAY from SARF trading. Before 2 month in July-2015 i had issue with my mobile it was not getting charged. I have informed them, they took 2 months to repair it and send it to me back with lot of follow up. I received it in first week of Sept-2015.

Now again i have issue with my mobile i have informed them and shared pics with them. Waiting for their response.

I am scared to send my mobile back to them again can't wait 2 month. It was unexpected to have problems within 1 month. There response is very slow.

Please help!!!

I have purchased almost 4 phones from SARF trading and let me assure you the seller is genuine and sells imported cell phones.
The seller warranty is also like manufacturers warranty like say if phone is unrepairable he gives us the replacement. I had double typing issue with my Blackberry Q10 he repaired and send back in 10days.
