Sastiticket.com — Refund for air tickets

Hello Team,

I booked to and fro tickets from Bengaluru to Lucknow(flight g8-805 dated 21st March 2021) and back(flight G8-806 dated 31st March 2021) on 2nd March.
Due to health issues, I had to cancel the tickets and as per Go air refund Policy from a total sum of Rs[protected] and 4567)I was supposed to get Rs[protected] each deducted as per the cancellation policy).

Since last 1 month I have been trying to reach Sastiticket.com but no reply from them.Kindly help me to get an update.
