I booked a GoAir flight through Sastiticket. GoAir cancelled the flight due to operational reasons and refunded the ticket amt to Sastiticket. Sastiticket has not shared any confirmation or timeline for refund to me. All their mails to them are unanswered and no one answers their helpline number on their website. I booked my flight from ahmedabad to mangalore via bangalore and I had cancelled the ticket due to the flight waa delayed but the refund is not yet paid and nobody is recieving the call
