Sastiticket.com — Refund not initiated by Sastiticket.com | |||
I had my flight booked for 9th July 2021from Pune(PNQ) to Kolkata(CCU) with Spicejet(PNR Y5CT5B and Sastiticket ID PRL0BT3FQNH). Spicejet has confirmed that they have refunded the whole amount to travel agency i.e. Sastiticket.com. It has been almost a week that I'm continuously following up with the customer care executive from Sastiticket.com and she is not yet providing me the refund status and is saying that they are working on it. I guess doing the refund will take only a few minutes, but they are doing such delay! Was this information helpful? | |||
