[Resolved]  Sathya Agencies — philips led tv (repair) - service issue

I have bought philips led tv (With 5 years warranty) on 9/11/15 in satya agencies t-nagar and at the time i didn't had any idea to buy the philips tv. But the marketing people working in the showroom suggested to buy the philips tv and informed me that sathya agencies will provide service to the philips tv for 5 years which i bought, even if the services are not provided at the philips service center. I have reported issue with the tv to the sathya agencies via phone since 7 days. They have been saying that the people from sathya agencies will come to provide the service. But today they are saying that i need to contact the philips service center directly to get the issue fixed. I am contacting sathya agencies to fix the issue because the philips service center has been closed long time back. We bought this tv as per the suggestions and recommendations provided by the marketing people working in the showroom. But the response provided by the team is not upto the expectations. Is this the way you treat the customers. I have been buying all the household items in sathya agencies since 5 years. And now the team is not providing proper services. Please consider this feedback and provide proper services which i have requested. People buy products based on the trust they keep on you and your words. So, try to keep up the promises.
