To: [protected]@sathyaindia.com 5 apr at 1:45 pm Hi I bought hitachi ac on march 18th in chennai trade center. We saw the advertise in magazines that is we use hdfc bank we have 5% cash back offer. I asked the sales person regarding the cash back offer. They said yes. After we choose the hitachi inverter ac 1.5 ton. Then i gave the hdfcbank credit card for payment of 39000 inr. They debited my money. Then when i inquire about my cash back they told me they swiped my credit card in wrong machine that i am not eligible for cash back. Then i spoke to mr. Santhoh kumar his moblie number-[protected]. He told me that come to porur branch to swipe my card one more time for payment of inr 39000. Then they will give me cash of inr 39000. The i went to porur branch on 31st march. And they said it's year ending it is not possible to proceed on that day and told me to call on apr4th. Then called to mr. Balamurugan to porur branch number[protected]. Hope he the person incharge, don't know how to handle the consumer complaint properly he told me to come to porur branch and to swipe my card again and they will transfer the money to my account through rtgs after 4 working days. I send my detail complaint to [protected]@sathyaindia.com. There is no response from them. This is the worst part. They only know to sell their product with false promises and false advertisement in websites and daily magazines. I called this customer care numbers +[protected] +[protected]. The voice mail says one of our staff will call. But i did n't receive any call. Then i made the complaint in customer support my reference number is 192-2257bebb-006c. Already 2 working days no response. . The sales staffs don't know what's going on, sales manager is blaming the sales staff giving the wrong promises. May 2, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Cash back of 2000 deposited in my account.
Since it took almost a month to get that.I bought the hitachi ac on 18 th Mar in chennai trade centre expo.there is big AD for expo stating that if we use hdfc bank credit card.we will get cash back of 5 %..But they didn't bring the offer machine to swipe the card.so much negligence in work
Because of the sales person mistake. We customers got affected unnecessary.
Last Saturday also in AD I saw expo in trade centre in Chennai by satya.
Kindly make necessary arrangements and all the sales person are aware of proper knowledge of what is provided by satya than blaming hitachi sales person daikin sales person and Samsung sales person etc.
The branch manager .Balamurugan and sales head Santhosh kumar don't know how to deal with customer complaints. They are just blaming hitachi sales person.
I didn't buy product from hitachi
I bought the hitachi product thru Satya agencies
So They are responsible for that.
