SBI — amazon has initiated refund but bank didn't refunded it in my account

Amazon has initiated refund in 10/10/2019 but till now i didn't get the money in my account i had called customer care of sbi and she said to have connection with amazon then i did it amazon had send me reference number and send to file cash disputes file or something then i have taken this action and i also had gone to bank and manager also didn't help me so please contact me as soon as possible
