On 3rd Jan i ordered Brayden Fito Atom Rechargeable Smoothie Blender from Amazon( order id[protected]) of Rs: 1199.00 through gpay but it wasn't functioning properly so I replaced it and the new product also had some defects so I returned it. Order was placed from Bangalore Marathahalli so process was smooth till then. Refund was initiated by Amazon on 7th Jan and it was expected to be credited in my account by 10th-12th Jan.
I have been trying to reach SBI customer care but couldn't. Please help me get the refund.
