Sir, I hold an sbi account in Mydukur at AP. my account number is [protected]. On 19.12.2019 i found that my account was debited with rs.300/- (Debit-swoo on 19-Dec. I had not done any transactions on that day and i do not know what swoo is about. Request you to kindly look into this matter and help refund the debited amount.
