Dear Sir,
On 28th April, 2020 I made an online payment of Rs 400 for the application fee of Hyderabad University but the session expired while I was making a payment and I did not get the Payment Reference number. The money has been deducted from my account.I have not got any SMS or emails from the Payment Gateaway. I tried to open the page again and it still says that the session has expired Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.
