SBI Bank — anonymous withdrawal of amount from my bank account using atm

Dear sir,

I chandrika mehta have met with and astonishing incidence on 16-10-17. Plesae read the below details carefully and revert asap as i am highly disappointed:

On 16-11-17 at 10.30 am i have got a message on my registered mobile number with sbi that rs 36000 has been withdrawn using atm transaction. The message i have recieved says that its a atmwithdarwal from kotak mahindra bank atm., the atm code is mumow884. And the transaction id is[protected]. I ave talked to customer care executive and the branch manager too both have suggested to file a report. I have already blocked my card for which the ticket numer is:[protected]

Kindly help me for the same urgently. And reimburse my amount.
