SBI Bank — charge dispute refund amount from amazon not reflecting in my account

Dear SBI Team,
I, bring to your notice that my Amazon refund is not reflecting in my account till now.My first Amazon refund reference no is :-005334, of amount 149/-& second refund reference no is:- 005337, of amount 220/-
Amazon has initiated them on 08/08/2019, ,
Account is in SBI DAV Premnager, Dehradun, UK, and my account no is [protected] .

I shall e highly thankful to u for your prompt response and action taken.

One correction on above complaint that Amazon refund reference no is same for borth items ordered is- 005334, so you are requested to consider one refund reference no .for both items.

Updated by Muksee Till date I haven't got the refund in my account you are requested to please look in to the matter, my refund reference no is-005334 for both amount, 1-149/-rupee 2-220/-amazon refund In my account no- [protected], and payments was done through SBI credit card no - [protected], on date 7th & 8 th August. I shall be thank ful to u .
