[Resolved] SBI Bank — Harassment calls | |||
I would like to make a complaint against sbi dsa representatives who have been threatening me and calling my office numbers despite of my telling them again and again not to call at my official numbers as i might loose my job over it. I am running through a very tough financial situation, i do intent to pay my debt but this is not the way to collect and harass some one. I have the representative nitin, gulshan that i might loose my job but no use. They tell me they will keep calling me at office numbers and will come to my office, they force me to meet them and i tell them to talk over the phone but they keep threatening me that if i don't meet them out they will come to my office, i don't see any use of meeting any officials outside if the work can be done over the phone As per my information your representative cannot call me if i am responding on my cell. But still your representative call me on my office number disclose information to other people in office. As per the law they are not authorised to call me after 6 however i still get calls after 6 n when i tell them to call me at the timings allotted by govt they tell me not to teach them laws Numbers from which i am getting calls [protected] and [protected] My contact no. [protected] and card numbers [protected] and [protected] I have also written to the sbi customer care but did not get any resolution from them. Please tell me what is the solution for this, there harassment is giving me lot of mental trauma and torture. I would be force to take extreme measures which would fall responsible on your banking methods, its a real harassment for people like me who are legitimate but due to some problem are unable to pay there obligations. Again today no calls on my mobile by the SBI representative Nitin but only on my office number, threatening and asking them for money .My entire debt and financial issue is disclosed to the third party's.
