SBI Cap Securities — My shares sold without information

My dp account client code 15231916 has been disabled and my shares are being sold without my information tried to speak with customer support but it doesn't get connected, emailed a complaint at [protected]@sbicapsec.com but no reply...please help as my stocks are being sold in loss. I want compensation against the losses.
