SBI Card — Cancellation of card and reversal of charges | |
Dear Sir/Madam This is regarding my SBI card ending with 1205 registered on mobile no. [protected]. I have applied for the cancellation of the card three years back after my card was lost. However they didn’t close the card account and kept charging annual renewal fees without any card in existence. I have been paying renewal fees without any card in hand. When talked to the customer care they are asking for the payment of the charges before cancellation of the card and I am paying charges without card and usage and this is going on since last three years. Hence I request the company to reverse the charges paid for last three years and compensation of 10, 000 for wrongfully collecting charges without any card and causing mental harassment and it has affected my credit score causing irreversible damage to my reputation.
