SBI Card — Credit card annual fee | |

i am shashi bala dob 08/03/1976. i am using sbi credit card.
last year company has shifted me from gold card to silver card. and they assure that annual fee of 3000 will not be burden on you and this fee will be adjusted through points.
but three months back they charged me Rs3000 annual fee. when i complaint regarding this they send mails that your problem will be resolved they also given a complaint No. but till now that did not resolve my problem. i dont even get a call from them about what they did to resolve my complaint
complaint no is 1-[protected].
please solve my issue as company is unable to give Up to mark service.
