[Resolved] SBI Card — Not getting benefit of accrued bonus point | |||
I was having SBI Credit Card No [protected]. I received a letter dated 27th April 2014 from Sh Amit Kalra-Manager Customer Service, SBI Card, in which it was mentioned that for security reasons they were constrained to withdraw services on my SBI CARD temporarily for want of additional information like transaction confirmation and current contact details updation. The card was blocked temporarily with a request to contact their customer service for activating the card. Since then I contacted customer service several times but the card remained blocked and after the expiry of the validity of this card no renewal was done by SBI card. I could not but conclude such action of SBI CARD very irrational because neither I was defaulter in repayment nor my contact details since been changed. At that point of time 6419 point was accrued against my card. I never get proper reply from SBI Card regarding availing the benefit of the point accrued against my card when the card itself was blocked/ not valid. Was this information helpful? | |||
