I have been requesting for a NOC on my cord since 2nd November. Every time i email or call, I get an automated response- we will get back to you in 2 days. These 2 days never come. They also gave me a SR# which was supposed to be completed on 5th Nov, but i have not received any acknowledgement or response from them.
I have visited the office in Aggarwal Millennium Plaza, NSP, New Delhi on 3rd Nov, but was not allowed to meet anyone. I was told i would get a call back in 1 hour. The call came in next day and the guy was in such a hurry. He gave me my account no and an email and disconnected.
I emailed on Customer service head email, got an automated response as usual.
The card i am talking about, i had in[protected]. I made late payments but the completed the payments and there was no dues. the same was confirmed by the guy on the phone. but i have no idea why are they taking this long to email a NOC letter. My friend had a similar issue with HDFC back and they issues NOC in 1 day of request. Was this information helpful? |
