SBI Cards — SBIcards not addressing my credit return claim since 6 months | |||
Dear sir, There is a huge mistake in one of my SBIcard statements. It costs me approx 11000rs. Since last 6 months, I have been regularly calling and emailing SBI cards for the same. Every time I got automated replies which had nothing to do with my issue. So finally I decided to interact with their team on twitter and FB, I was reverted back quite early and got call from them. I explained them my issue and they promised to get back to me asap. Now it has been almost a month now, still I am waiting for my statement issue to get sorted and the amount getting credited back. Meanwhile their recovery agents are annoying and disturbing my personal life without fail. My question is, if SBI card's recovery is so prompt and repetitive then why their support team is so ignorant? Its very frustrating as a customer, so I finally decided to raise it on your forum. Out of many of my interactions, My recent complaint number with them is:[protected] SBI card number: [protected] Name: Manish Amberkar Contact: [protected]/ [protected] (Dear SBI, I really don’t want your reply, “We are looking into your concerns and will revert to you soon.
