I have been trying to get in touch with customer service officer but their services are more than pathetic as I could not go beyond the IVR and now the number [protected] is disconnecting by itself.
It was one of the worst decision of my life to go with Tata Croma card:
Firstly, the attendant at Croma store informed me that Annual Fee would be levied only once and there would not be any renewal fee afterwards. This information was completely wrong as I have been charged with renewal fee of 2999 plus GST on completion of one year.
Secondly, I don't want to pay this renewal fee because this card is not worth paying this much fees, for which I cleared all of my outstanding, including un-billed purchases, except the renewal fee charged to me without any intimation to me. Now these guys are not letting me close my card and threatening me that it will remain outstanding on my card and further affecting my CIBIL score.
It is my choice whether I want to continue or not, which I do not want, but they are pressing me to pay the renewal fee charges when I am clearly saying I do not want to use your services. They do not understand the concept of "Cooling Off Period", it just the recent statement from which I got to know that Renewal Fee has been posted to my account and within acceptable time I am informing these people to stop the services then what is the deal I don't understand.
Even if they want to bill me with the Card Fees then they must charge me on pro-rata basis and close my account as the services are not worth paying annual fee on this card, and I do not want to repeat the mistake I already did last year Was this information helpful? |
