SBI Cards — unnecessary charges being levied in spite of payment made on time

Hello

In spite of me having made the payment for the month on October, 2019, the SBI Cards company refuses to acknowledge the payment. They have levied heavy penalties and in spite of multiple mails sent, there were no responses from their end to rectify the error. I have asked for account closure and still there are no responses for them. I am willing to pay all the actyual charges and close my account but there seems to be no revert from them
