SBI — Cash not dispensed but account debited

Dear Sir/Madam, I tried to take Rs.5500/- using SBI ATM- debit card on 13th May 2015(19:42:13hrs) at Karnataka bank ATM Centre, Rc Road Tirupathi. At that time, the transaction status was Issuer Unavailable (Response Code - 091). So I didn’t get the amount from that transaction. But the amount of Rs.5500/- was debited from my account. I request you to look into the matter and make credit o[censored]ndispensed amount of Rs 5500/- at the earliest. Please find the below details: Account and Transaction Details: My Account Number :[protected], Account Holder Name:-C Swathi, Branch : Annamaiah Circle Branch, Tirupathi, Date & Time of Transaction: 13-May-2015 (19:42:13hrs) Transaction Number:-KBL[protected], ATM WDL ATM-ID-KBL09015, NOTE: I have informed this issue to SBI Helpline and they gave the Complaint Reference No:AT[protected] immediately for my complaint.
