SBI — Cash not dispensed but account debited

Dear Sir/Madam, I tried to take Rs.5500/- using SBI ATM- debit card on 13th May 2015(19:42:13hrs) at Karnataka bank ATM Centre, Rc Road Tirupathi. At that time, the transaction status was Issuer Unavailable (Response Code - 091). So I didn’t get the amount from that transaction. But the amount of Rs.5500/- was debited from my account. I request you to look into the matter and make credit o[censored]ndispensed amount of Rs 5500/- at the earliest.
