[Resolved] SBI — Change of account mobile number. | |
I am customer of your bank having name as RAHUL KUMAR, Account no-[protected]. I have account in SBI SKMCH, MUZAFFARPUR, BIHAR having IFSC CODE-SBIN0010082. I want to change my registered mobile number in sbi account with new no as-[protected] and Old no as-[protected]. I have contacted the branch but they are also not able to change the mobile no. As the net banking mobile no has been changed to new no but Core Banking System mobile number is still the old one and I am not able to change that number. Even the branch manager of my home branch was not able to do that. So, I request you to please look into this matter and help me changing the registered mobile no and for this kind act I will be obliged to you as a sincere customer.
