SBI — Charge Dispute

I have made a transaction of Rs. 500 on 15.oct.2021, to Venkatesh Cable through AMAZON PAY UPI, the amount has been debited from my bank account but it is not credited to beneficiary i.e. venkatesh cable account.

I have my bank account in SBI.

Its been approx 20 days, but action is taken in this regard.
I contacted to my bank also, but they are denieing that they could not help anything regarding this matter.
